01Terms of Purchase

YTA Profits is a digital program sold by Ethan. Buying it means you accept this page in full. Checkout runs through Stripe, so Stripe's payment terms apply to the transaction itself.

Your one-time payment buys a single personal membership: two pre-monetized YouTube channels transferred into your account, the full YouTube Automation course, my private systems and strategies, the AI production setup, the members' community, direct message access to me, and lifetime access with all future updates. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the program — for as long as YTA Profits exists, you're in, with nothing more to pay.

The membership is yours alone. Sharing logins, reselling or leaking the course, the private systems, or anything posted inside the community gets your access terminated with no refund. Same goes for the community basics: no spam, no pitching your own products to members, no scams, no abuse.

About the two channels. Both are moved to a Google account you control through YouTube's official Brand Account transfer, confirmed in writing by YouTube. Once each transfer completes, that channel is entirely yours — its content, its subscribers, and 100% of its revenue. I keep no stake and no access. From that point you're the owner, which means running them within YouTube's Terms of Service and monetization policies (including labeling AI-assisted content where YouTube requires it) is on you. The manual covers how; following it is your call.

Direct access to me means asynchronous messaging: you write, I read it myself and reply, usually within a few hours. It doesn't mean calls, screen-shares, or instant replies at 4am.

You're responsible for how you use what I teach, for the laws of wherever you live, and for taxes on what your channels earn. Nothing in the program is financial, legal, or tax advice.

02The 24-Hour Delivery Guarantee

One honest condition: the 24-hour clock needs your side done too. Right after checkout you'll get an email asking for the Google account the channels should be transferred to (and your niche choice, unless you want me to pick). The 24 hours run from the moment you've sent that. If YouTube's transfer flow itself is delayed on their end after I've initiated both transfers, I'll show you the initiation confirmations and we finish the delivery — or, if you'd rather not wait, the refund still stands.

03Refund Policy

Outside the delivery guarantee above, all sales are final. Here's the reasoning, stated straight: the moment you're inside you have both channels, the complete course, and the private systems I don't publish anywhere else. There is no way to "return" knowledge and two transferred channels, so there's no trial period and no change-of-mind refund. If you're on the fence, stay on the fence — watch the intro video, study the receipts, and only buy when you're sure.

What I will always make right:

• Non-delivery — covered by the 24-hour guarantee in section 02, full refund.
• Duplicate or mistaken charges — send the receipt, the extra charge comes back immediately.
• Legal withdrawal rights — if mandatory consumer law where you live gives you a non-waivable right to withdraw, that law wins. In most places (the EU included) that right ends for digital content once you agree to immediate delivery, which you do at checkout.

Please email before ever disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback filed without contacting me first is a breach of these terms and closes your membership.

04Income Disclaimer

Every screenshot on the sales page is a real capture from YouTube Studio — mine or a member's, with names blurred for privacy and numbers untouched. Real, however, is not the same as typical, and it is not a guarantee of what you will make.

Two pre-monetized channels remove the waiting; they don't remove the doing. Your results will come down to how consistently you publish, the niches involved, and forces neither of us controls — the algorithm, ad rates, seasonality. Members who run the system consistently see real money; members who buy and stall see little or nothing. Budget your expectations accordingly and treat anything you earn as the result of work, not of the purchase.

05Privacy

What I collect is short: your name, your email, your purchase record, and the Google account address you give me for the transfers. Card numbers never touch my systems — Stripe handles all payment data under its own security and privacy terms.

Your email gets you your access, program updates, and the occasional note from me. Unsubscribe from the notes any time; your membership is unaffected. Your information is never sold, rented, or swapped with anyone — the only third parties that touch it are the services required to run the program (Stripe, and the platforms hosting the course and community). The site may run simple anonymous analytics, nothing more.

You can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at facelessethan.contact@gmail.com; I handle it within 30 days, keeping only what tax law obliges me to keep.
